Quality to the Core

Quality is at the heart of everything we do.

It is our foundation, driving us to uphold the highest standards in our work and motivating us to innovate at every turn.

By subjecting ourselves to rigorous external accreditation and ongoing internal audits, we are constantly striving towards excellence.

Committed to Unmatched Quality

Quality isn’t just a requirement for us — it’s a promise.

Attard Bros invests significantly into its employees and facilities. All Quality Control employees are highly trained and ACI/ICT certified concrete technicians. The laboratory facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and cloud-based lab management system specifically designed for construction products.

Throughout the year, the Quality Control department is subject to internal and external quality management system audits, and CE marking audits by a European recognised notified body. This ensures that we deliver materials to your worksite that meet and exceed expectations every time.

Our Quality Control team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to test all the materials produced on our site, upkeeping industry standards by choice, not by obligation. Every year, approximately 12,000 concrete cubes, 3,500 masonry blocks, and 240 aggregate samples are tested.

The company maintains a robust, systematic approach to Quality Management, conducting over 30 internal audits per year to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This ongoing innovation and strict auditing process makes us the trusted choice for contractors of all sizes.

Accountability, Traceability, and Continuous Improvement - ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Maintaining this rigorous accreditation for nearly 30 years has required continuous investment, setting us apart and maintaining the quality value for which Attard Bros is renowned.

In the pursuit of Quality Management, ISO 9001:2015 requires that:

Customer complaints are recorded, investigated, and resolved in accordance with our documented complaints handling procedure, customer satisfaction.

We have streamlined processes that minimise errors and optimise resource to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Risks and opportunities are identified and addressed to ensure the quality management system achieves its intended results

We undertake internal and external audits to evaluate compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system

Employee engagement is vital to fostering a culture of quality, encouraging participation, and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality management system

Within our Attard Materials production arm, we abide by the CE Marking standard.

Short for ‘’Conformité Européenne’’, CE marking is a mandatory and legally recognised mark used to signal a product’s compliance with European standards. It is supported by The Declaration of Performance (DOP) which contains the full information about the manufacturer, the product and its performance.

CE marking of construction products is a certification mark that indicates a construction product conforms to European Union (EU) regulations — specifically the Construction Products Regulation (CPR) EU 305/2011. It is mandatory for construction related products sold in the European Economic Area (EEA)
