    • Strengthened our Human Resources team and streamlined payroll operations to monthly cycles from biweekly.
    • Launched a Group-wide Values Framework, including Values Awards to recognize excellence aligned with our core beliefs.
    • Embedded our values into internal communication by revamping the Group newsletter.
    • Expanded the Attard Properties unit, creating a strategic network of contacts.
    • Joined BigMat Pro to Attard Materials to grow product categories in building materials.
    • Reintroduced the Fit-Out department.
    • Established a Legal & Compliance Office and centralised Procurement Department.
    • Initiated planning for “on-demand” manpower supply, aligned with evolving construction strategies.

    Key initiatives delivered:

    • Rolled out an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform to unify operations and improve data flow.
    • Introduced Exelsys HR platform to support streamlined recruitment, training, and development.
    • Launched ABAX, a vehicle, equipment, and tool tracking system for better asset management.
    • Launched a new e-commerce platform, digital catalogue, and loyalty scheme for BigMat.
